Private Yoga Session

As a Hatha yoga instructor, I also offer private yoga sessions. In addition to my basic training, I have completed the Private Yoga Teacher Module at Yogasecrets Academy, so I can support your practice in a truly personalized way.

Who do I recommend private sessions for?

  • If you are a complete beginner, want to assess your current level, or just want to try yoga without joining a larger group.

  • If you want to master a particular pose more precisely at an intermediate level.

  • If you’re looking for muscle soreness, weight loss, or greater flexibility.

  • If you want to improve your posture.

  • If you want to support your hormonal balance and women’s health.

  • If you want to relieve lower back, back, or shoulder pain.

  • If you need a wrist-friendly sequence.

In these three cases, please let me know in advance so I can confirm whether I can work with you, or if it’s advisable to consult a physiotherapist/doctor first:

  • If you are visually impaired.

  • If you want to return to movement after an injury, surgery, or pregnancy.

  • If you have a musculoskeletal condition or special health status.

What is the goal?

I tailor the sessions completely to your needs, so you can progress on your own path at your own pace. I support you week by week to get closer to yourself and your goals.

What does a private yoga session look like?

The session begins with relaxation, followed by a personalized sequence, always adapted to your current physical and mental state.

Nothing is mandatory, but if you want, I’ll help you push your limits.

We finish the session with relaxation and a mini meditation. I love to use varied music, essential oils, positive affirmation cards, and wind chimes so the relaxation can be even deeper and more effective, helping you to truly unwind.

I especially love that period before manifestation, when we need to find ourselves and figure out exactly what we want to attract into our lives.

What will you need?

Wear comfortable clothes, bring a bottle of water.

Bring your yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap.
If you are missing some of the yoga equipments, let me know in advance, and I’ll provide it for you, until you don’t have one.
