Meet Flóra
Hi, I’m Flora - a Budapest based Hatha Yoga Instructor with a Designer background. As a designer, I’ve found that yoga not only improves well-being but also enhances creativity. I’m passionate about helping others tap into these benefits and unlock their creative potential through yoga.
Thanks to yoga, I have alleviated or completely eliminated many health issues caused by sedentary work—and I am happy to share these methods with my students and incorporate them into my classes.

Hello Sun Yoga
The name "Hello Sun Yoga" is inspired by the practice of Sun Salutations. Renowned for their physical benefits, Sun Salutations also serve as a form of active meditation, promoting both strength and mindfulness. I often incorporate Sun Salutations or their variations into my yoga sessions, as they beautifully blend movement and focus. Personally, I love starting my mornings with this energizing sequence—it’s my favorite way to greet the day.
